Wed, 6/8: I worked out today--did you? |

I jogged 2 miles and then did my upper body workout (chest press, shoulder press, tricep extension, lat pulldown, and pec fly--there, I got them all)
My knee decided it didn't want to run the last 2/10 of a mile this morning. Then I had trouble going up the stairs to get to the weight room.
I'm thinking I'll be on the stationary bike tomorrow, just to give the knee a rest from the usual impact.

Kick boxing workout, pilates & yoga. I am really starting to feel that increase in energy. Which is really good since the only way I get my workout in is to get up at 3:00 am.

so I had to do my mile indoors but still did a PB .....feeling pretty good...two PBs on two different courses for two straight days.
