Thurs, 6/9: I worked out today--did you?
30 minutes on the stationary bike, then into the weight room for a full upper-body workout.

Then I spent 15 minutes in the steam room--it was heaven!

5. It's a kettlebell day
I'm getting back into KB workouts. I have my 16 kg KB on hand and will use it at lunchtime.

I'm still going to keep a weekly trip to the gym for squats, etc, and then cycle back to weightlifting in a few weeks.

8. Week 2, Day 4
Just knocked out the last pushups in my office.
Was able to do the situps in 2 sets today. 50 and 75.

Why don't the pushups get easier?

9. Yes, another 14 miles on my bike.
I had a rough start -- tried to air up my tire at the church where I park and ended up somehow deflating it! I finally had to call one of my daughters to come with the pump that plugs into the car plug. Next time, I'll do my airing up at home AND I'll figure out how to use the dang frame pump! :D
