Monday, 6/20: I worked out today--did you?

Hi gang!

I ran 1.9 miles (my knee didn't want to do the last .1 miles) then I worked with the trainer on a program to work my abs. Then I did my upper body stint.

I think I'm going to be a M-F person when it comes to working out, though I have to say that with all the packing and moving I'm doing, I am getting some exercise over the weekend (however unconventional it may seem).

1. I did not work out yet today, too sore.

I think I deserved a break this morning after my weekend.

Actually, it was more the heat that got to me yesterday and I just didn't relish going out into it again. So I took a day off from my bicycle commute and will get back on the saddle tomorrow.

had cramps in my legs all weekend....tried to do the mile this AM and the pain was incredible.....hobbled a bit right now and not at all happy about it....

4. I haven't yet but I did extra yesterday

I worked out to an ab video and my abs are sore but most of the soreness is in my neck. I'm not sure if this ab video is for me. But the Arm vido is working wonders.

Today I did Step Fit. Couldn't do anymore than that because a) wanted to get to work on time and b) over did it yesterday with weight work. My booty's sore! :o

6. Aha!!!

I did manage to get about 5 miles in on my bike this afternoon....wasn't bad on the "charlie-horse" at all. I was going to go out for another 5 miles but the thunderstorms are getting close. should be interesting....

anyway..I got sort of a workout in eventually.

7. I took the day off after my bike ride yesterday.

It wasn't my muscles that got to me but the heat. But I'll be back at it tomorrow!
