Wednesday, 6/29: I worked out today--did you? |
|
Edited on Wed Jun-29-05 08:42 AM by MissMillie
Hi guys!
My home computer is down due to a cord that went missing during the move. It's the power cord to my monitor, and wouldn't you know it, you can only get it from the manufacturer.
Anyway, while I haven't been to the gym in a few days, I have been working like a mad woman. The kitchen, dining room and living room have all taken shape. The beds are set up and the boys have made sense of their room. I'll be working in my bedroom tonight.
This morning I jogged 2 miles and then did my upper body and ab workouts. It feels good to be back at the gym.
And I missed all of you too!
What's your story?

1. Please tell me you made a mistake & today is really Wednesday. |

I worked out today. Kick boxing, Pilates & yoga. I also did some extra stretching on my exercise ball that help with my cramps.

Sorry about that.

This morning I jogged the Rice Loop with a friend - 2.9 miles - in 36 minutes. The trick for me is to keep it slow and steady while I build a "base" distance.

:hi: My story: I feel very bloated and icky today, but I managed to drudge my way through Rhythmic Step.

6. Finally got around to it |

got on the bike and just took off...did about 6 miles....had some fun...
you know those portable radar units that they put up to show you how fast you're going? I found one of those and took a few cracks at it by circling a block....best I could do was to get if vascillating between 26 and 27 mph.....in a 25 mph zone....wonder if the cops would have "pulled" a bicyclist?
