Thursday 6/30: I slept in today--what about you?
I didn't work out this morning. I'm not ruling it out for later, but given the humidity, I think the only thing I'll feel like doing is swimming.

1. Got a late start
because I had some work to do but I did get a 1-1/2 mile walk through the forest in....it was pretty windy out there but at least it wasn't hot.

5. Plan to work Legs and Abs today
I haven't worked legs in two weeks. I should go easy on them, but we'll see in the weight room today. I'll repost after.

6. ah, swimming...
that's what I did! 1500 meters last night. It took me 48 minutes, including "rest" laps of backstroke, etc. in between my 5 X 250 freestyle.
