waste to your body. nothin like realizing youve pushed yourself to a new limit, this is the first time ive felt sore after lifting in months (finially decided to do a new lifting routine rather than just adding more weight to the same one. ) love it when your arms are so fatigued that they shake and you can barley type and your blood is pumping through you so fast it just feels good to breathe.
love it, absolutley love it.
