Tues, 7/5: I worked out today--did you?
Now that all the boxes in my house are unpacked, and I have found all of my workout clothes, I'm back to my regular schedule.

I did 30 minutes on the eliptical machine, my knee workout, and my ab routine.

Feeling good!

What do you do for knee workouts?

2. Some exercises the trainer showed me
One is squats w/ a balance ball against the wall. Another is simply bending over with a weighted pole and then I use one of the leg machines in the weight room.

3. just ran 2.5 miles.
i feel like crap, i havent ran in forever.

im still gonna lift tonight, too...upper body routine only though.

5. Going to Pilates tonight
I'm getting over a migraine but I still have that sort-of dopey feeling from it. Hopefully I'll feel better by tonight.
