Wednesday, 7/6: I worked out today--did you? |

Hi gang,
I jogged 2.0 miles and then did my upper body workout. It felt pretty good.
I'm not coming in to the office for the rest of the week, and I don't yet have computer access at the new apartment (still waiting for a power cord for my computer monitor). I'm going to try to jog on both Thursday and Friday.

took a 35 minute bike ride through the nature preserve.....first time ever I had to dodge one of those "four-legged uninsured motorists" (deer) crossing the road....
anyway...got the heart rate up for 15 minutes so I think it was good exercise....

I did a Yoga for Abs tape, lifted weights, and walked 30 minutes on a treadmill set at the highest incline I could get. The sweat was just pouring off of me by the end.

7. I put my bike on the car rack and headed over to the Veloway |

and did 15 miles before it got too hot. I'm going to try to build up miles so that I can eventually do the entire commute to work by bike (17 miles.)
