I had 3 Krispy Kream Doughnuts today... |

i felt so guilty, but they were SO FREAKIN GOOD. i have been eathing healthy it seems forever and i walk into the kitchen lookin for breakfast... pass them lying on the table, and spin around so fast that i almost fell.
i broke my diet/health kick... but mmmm dey was good, nothin will kill your determenation like a box of a dozen krispy kreams...

When I'm tempted like that, I believe it's a choice and I just have to decide if I'm willing to accept the consequences. Sometimes I am and I choose to have the treat; sometimes I'm not and I don't have it but I don't feel deprived, either, because I knew it was my choice. When I view it this way, it's much easier for me to continue with my plan rather than give up because I feel like I "blew it." In fact, it's a part of my plan to choose to have a treat like that now and then! :)
