Hi folks!
I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine and then went into the weight room and worked on my knees and my abs.
What's your story for today?

Didn't need a root canal after all but am going in for a crown next Monday. Yuck. x(

My legs cramped up really bad last night...probably from dehydration...went for the second ride on the bike at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon and came back sweating profusely.....didn't catch up and by 6 o'clock the cramps started...kept up until about 10 pm....

its kinda gettin to the point it dosent hurt anymore, which is progress i guess. but its kinda a bad thing, because i like knowing when im at my limit, and then going past it. now i just have to go until i cant sit up after im done. which is fun in itself.

I missed a turn on my new route and didn't realize it until AFTER I climbed a hill -- of course! Then I got the climb the hill I was supposed to climb! :D Won't do that again!
