any advice on losing that last little bit of fat over your belly and |
|
love handles? i work out at least once a day, up to three times a day (working different parts of my body). i eat right, minimal snacks between meals 1 a day if that... breakfast - something like an english muffin or peanut butter toast. meals are salads or small sandwiches for lunch. on some nights the same for supper. other times its lean meats, mostly white meats. and i have a protien shake when i get hungry in the evening to ward off the temptation of a candy bar or something.
i just wanna lose the last bit of fat around my waistline. grr.

I would suggest changing your workout and/or diet. It seems that your body has become used to the current diet and workout. Shock your system and you'll see results. Also, you may want to take a fat burning supplement to help with that last little bit if you're not against that type of thing.

2. Lose the carbs--even just temporarily |
|
I like that you add protein drinks, but try adding foot rich in protein for snacks (low-fat cheese, low-fat/low-carb yogurt, nuts (yes, high in fat but good fats), even sliced deli meat). Have breadless sandwiches for a while. Eggs for breakfast (egg whites if you're eating low fat).
If you must add carbs, be sure to add carbs high in fiber (beans, whole grains, whole fruit).

1. How old are you (roughly)? 2. How much is "that last little bit" exactly?

and that last little bit is just enough to cover my lower abdominal muscles, i got a slight four pack going on because the bottom set has a little extra padding over it. i know that will improve as my muscle tone improves but that can only do so much, and with somone like me who dosent gain muscle easily, i need all the help i can get.
i hit college and ballooned up cause i ate alot and my metabolisim slowed down. didnt like being a plump slob... im tryin to do something about it.
its a vanity thing, honestly. its not a huge gut, just somethin thats been covering up the work ive done. its not much, i know. just wondering if you guys had any input on it.
