Wednesday, 7/13: I worked out today--did you? |

Good morning fitness fans!
I jogged 2.5 miles and then went to the weight room for my usual upper body stint.
Let me say for the record, I love jogging. Probably because I could never do it when I was heavier, and doing it now makes me feel powerful. Also, I find that as I concentrate on my footing, keeping my shoulders loose, my breathing, and keeping track of how many laps I've run, I lose all my daily worries. I almost wish I could run all day long.

I wish I could run. I remember the joy of running when I was younger, but I have a knee injury that won't let me. :cry:

The ride home today was FANTASTIC! A storm had passed through and cooled things down a bit -- only 83 degrees, though 81% humidity. But that's ten degrees cooler than it usually is when I head home at 8. :D
