1. Yep.
I've just started running recently, but my shins were a bit sore & and I didn't get the greatest sleep, so I figured I'd take the day off. Also recovering from some lifting saturday.

No biggie to me though, I don't mind missing workouts occaisonally, sometimes some extra time to recover is better for you then the workout would have been.

2. No, Mr. Longhorn and I went for a two-mile walk.
He rarely suggests such a thing so even though I didn't really feel like it, I couldn't say no. We took three of the four dogs (the dachshund peters out too quickly and is too heavy to carry) and went around the block, but it's a big block, and hilly, too. We managed to get the walk in between thunderstorms but boy, was it humid! We saw dozens of deer and bunnies and managed to rile up every dog in the neighborhood. It was fun! :D

3. Do you consider washing windows and hanging curtains to be a workout?

If not, then I didn't work out.

4. No...
I bit the bullet and went for a three-mile bike trek around 4:30 in the afternoon in 96 degree heat....actually, it wasn't that bad...but I now have gone 17 straight days of workouts/exercise.
