Monday, 7/18: I worked out today--did you? |

Hi gang,
I jogged 2.0 miles this morning. I opted to job a shorter distance (I omitted half a mile) today in the hopes I could work on some speed. I did manage to cut my time a bit, but let me tell you, it was hard fought. Getting faster is going to be harder than I thought.
I also did my upper body stint in the weight room.

cuttin back a bit, gonna rest tomorrow at least on the lifting in preperation for a new routine im gonna hopefully kick my own ass with.
