How come I can't lose boob? |
|
When my sister lost a lot of weight, she went down to a B cup.
I've lost 90 lbs, and I've gone from spilling out of my DDs to fitting into my DD.
I'm into a size 14 pants, but I still have to wear 18/20 shirts because of these big breasts.
I've been working out in the weight room for the upper body stuff, but the breasts just don't want to shrink.
Is there anything I can do?

but please...don't. Surgery is the only real answer I came up with, but some of the more immature responses that came to mind were interesting.
I'm thinking it's probably just good boob genetics. You can do no more about them then I can my freakishly large penis. :)
Edit: Congratulations on your weight loss btw, I know how much effort can go into making such a drastic change.

thats the mantra with fat, females' fat deposits usuially start with the breasts and then goes to the sides, thighs, and hips. in sort of a cycle so everything gains semi-proportionally. a portion of it has to do with your genetics, as mentioned in an earlier post. theres not really much that can be done to 'target' a certian area for fat reduction. you can tone up the muscles in an area which will help with appearance, but the muscles will still have a layer of fat over it. if thats your main motivation for working out id say cross train, get some cardio work in there, weights alone sometimed dont work.
surgery was mentioned earlier. it is an option... if your back is ailing you may want to consider it seriously.
