Friday, 8-5: I worked out today, did you?
I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga.
First time in almost a week that I really worked my should.
It feels fine, we will see how it feels tomorrow before I try doing upper body weights.

1. Yep. Upper body with the weights and a 1 mile walk
My legs felt better today when I got up and they aren't hurting as much as they were yesterday after my workout.

2. Glad to hear your legs feel better.
My legs & butt always hurt for a couple of days after a hard lower body weight work out.

I've been told that I have shin splints from jogging on concrete. See my thread in this forum. I'm still going to walk, but jogging is going to be out of the question until I lose some serious weight.
