but found it to slow to keep my attention, I need to move fast and sweat a lot to feel like I'm getting results. Some people love it though, give it a try.

I've learned in the Hatha tradition. I like Rodney Yee's DVDs, if you're interested. Try a class, though, they can be great. :hi:

Love it. My life is is hectic between kids and work. Yoga is a good opportunity to calm down. The workout can be very intense, if you desire, or it can be mostly gentle stretching.

I have 3 different yoga routines that I do after my other workouts. I love it. I helps keep me flexible & it feels great.
