Today, I'm doing my The Firm DVD, which means weight training. I think I could stand to buy a couple of more just for variety.

Probably a total of 45 minutes -- I keep forgetting to check the time. Since I'm just starting up again, I don't want to overdo. Feels good to be able to post here! :D

WATP 2-Mile walk with 3-lb weights; I immediately went into the Power Mile after that and continued to use weights even though that video does not use weights.
