Sunday, 8/21: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang!

I just got back from a 3.0 mile run. It's not all that hot out, but it's humid as hell, and I'm drenched.

It's also my last day before going back to the WLS eating rules, so I'm eating an apple & spice donut. :hide:

2. Did some high intensity interval training..
running basically. I have been doing this routine for too long and need to switch up some things. I have been living clean for over a year now and lost almost all the weight I wanted to lose. I still have this little 10-15lbs. bit of flab I have been trying to get rid of for months.

Here is some information on HIIT in case anyone is interested. It's a great way to lose fat. http://www.musclemedia.com/training/hiit.asp

3. I lifted weights and then went for a 1 mile walk
I tried something different this time with my weight lifting routine. Instead of doing what some people call "Super Sets" I lifted the traditional way of doing a set and then resting for a minute then doing another set of the same exercise. I was actually forced to do that because of the number of people in the gym. It was actually harder that way on a couple of the exercises, but I think that I still get a better fat burning workout by doing my super sets.
