Good morning, DU! Ready to tone that bod?
Today is regular old cardio treadmill day for me. So, I'll have some breakfast. Yes, I just got out of bed. And then I'll exercise while my dryer runs. :-)

Its always a good idea to combine exercise with daily chores! Always better than sitting on the couch watching TV! :)
I usually send an e-journal to a friend of mine on the weekdays with my daily activity. But I could start reporting here on weekends! This is a good forum, I would like to support a forum to lose fat (rather than accept it!).
Today- My exercise will consist of a 45 minute "Walk Away the Pounds" video. And a 45 minute Yoga video. Yoga does wonders for me! I know it doesn't require any sweat and it alone does not cause me to lose weight, but my regular exercise along with its effects cause me to lose weight and keep it off. The destressing, relaxing and better blood flow effects all actions I take, and make me happier and more productive. There's nothing like it!

I never made it to the exercise room but I was all over the house getting ready for a little get-together with neighborhood ladies tonight. Has to be better than sitting in my La-Z-Boy with the laptop, right?
Welcome to DU! :hi:

Almost 2 hours total.
Burned 384 calories, 60% of them from fat.
Will have normal cardio + weight training session after playoff games.
We got 16-18 inches of snow yesterday and I have a BIG driveway.

Sunday, the 23rd, I did legs again. Same basic routine, BUT, I upped the weight on the seated calf raise machine. 5 45 pound plates is all she'll hold, and I pushed out 8 reps on my last set. Nowhere to go but up from there. Good day for me!

I was pressed for time, so I did the WATP 1-Mile walk, using 5-lb weights for the entire duration (not just the time where they are using weights in the video.)
