Plenty of guilt to go around Mrs. Sniffa!
For me, kids going back to school, so there has been shopping, running around. We went to Bumbershoot(music festival) in Seattle on Saturday and spent all day and night there. Sunday we were literally exhausted and also had lunch and my son't f4rineds house with his parents. Monday we spent all day cleaning and organizing the hosue, kids rooms etc. etc. Lots of work, and sweating so defiantely burned some calories, but nonetheless, not eating as well as we could. I am planning to re-coordinate my schedule to start back up on the elliptical this weekend.
I promise to post when I get back at it.

Although I've been consistent with my workouts, I've not been great with my eating habits all of the time. Accordingly in the month since I joined the club I've lost a measly 4lbs.

3. 4 lbs is a health weight to lose in a month |
|
I know we want the losses of 5lbs a week, but you're more likely to keep off constant 1-2lbs per week losses.
