Wednesday, 9/7: I worked out today--did you? |

Hi folks,
I "ran the river" today. My office is on the Charles River and there are plenty of paths to run along side it. I ran the loop from the Eliot Street Bridge to the River Street Bridge, which turns out to be about 3.5 miles.
I felt great out on the run, but it turns out I was slower than usual. I won't fret about that though. It was a beautiful day. Anyone doing anything outside should milk it for all it's worth.
What's your exercise plan for today?

I decided to go the "long way" -- the whole 17 miles. It was still in the 90s but humidity seems to be lower so it felt great!

I did my usual on the bike and treadmill. I also did the weights and increased the leg press to 135lbs, the thigh machine to 70lbs, the ab machine to 80lbs and the back extension machine to 80lbs. These are the only machines I seem to be making any real progress on.
