Thursday, 9/8: I worked out today--did you? |

Good morning! :hi:
I did 35 minutes on the elliptical this morning, followed by my usual knee work, and work on the tri-cep extender and the lat pull-down.
I won an mp3 player on ebay, and it came in yesterday. Wow... I really like working out to music!
What's up w/ you guys today?

6. Pool closed for maintenance. After one great swim in alternate |

pool at alternate YMCA that pool went dark. Lost all but 2 feet of water and no one knows why.
I'm walking to work and riding my bike, BUT I'M SWIMBOY DAMMIT!!! AND IT'S JUST A LITTLE FRUSTRATING!!!

Okay--pool reopens Monday and I'll be there. I have missed comparing notes with you all. This group is a good motivator.

and I pulled out over 50 reverse grip pullups. So now I've done >= 50/session for every configuration except one - Forward grip non wide. Now if only I can get them into 5 sets rather than like the 12 I'm doing now (spread out over 60 minutes).
