Thursday, 9/15: I worked out today--did you? |

Hi folks!
I did 35 minutes on the elliptical (the interval program) and then went into the weight room for the chest press, the shoulder press, the pec machine, the leg abductor, and then I did my ab workout.
I really worked up a sweat today.
So, share your workout w/ everyone!

3.5 mph is still a good workout for me. I'm hoping to start moving up pretty soon though. 4 mph is my goal.

14.5 miles home yesterday and back this morning. I made the trip to work today in just 1 hour 10 minutes, which is my fastest yet! :)
