It was burning hell of agony day (aka leg day) for me. Also 30 min of cardio.

of walking at 4 mph for an hour. I bumped the machine up to 3.6 for the last 8 minutes of my workout.
I walked for an hour at mostly 3.5 mph.

Today was a brew day so I end up running up and down the stairs and lifting heavy pots for about 4 hours. I'm beat.
