Friday, 9/23: I worked out today--did you? |

:hi: and Happy Friday to you all!
I did 35 minutes on the elliptical machine and then into the strength equipment room for leg adductor and leg abductor machines, the chest press, the shoulder press, and my usual ab work.
I didn't get enough sleep last night, but other than that, I feel TERRIFIC today! It's days like today that make me kick myself for not finding fitness sooner. When I think of how long I felt so awful.... yikes! :spank:

Aerobic latin dance video, upper body weights & yoga. I have tai-chi & belly dance scheduled for lunch.
I know what you mean about feeling better when working out.

When none of my friends are at the gym I tend to do too much too fast. No long chat breaks in between climbs. My shoulder and back are killing me.
