FRIDAY!!! 9/30: I worked out today--did you? |

:hi: good morning and happy Friday!
My workout today consisted of 35 minutes on the elliptical, then into the weight room to work the tricep curl, the lat pull-down, the pec machine and the rowing weights. I also did my usual knee work.
I'm in a 5K race tomorrow.... wish me luck!

Pretty wimpy. I'm still getting over my cold, but I have to take a week off from the gym cuz of elective surgery starting Tuesday, so I'm trying to pack a little in before then. I hate that I got sick. Grrrrr...

My new favorite, the incline dumbell curl has me inspired to a new level. I'm only using 40's, but man it sure cooks 'em!

It's also for people with injuries. It was a great experience. I really enjoyed it and the instructor was awesome. :)
Later, I rode 10 miles on the cycle. :)

10. Not much of a workout but I rode my bike about a mile to a friend's house |

for a gal's night out and rode home in the dark with all my blinkie lights and headlights. That was fun! :)
