I want to say a big thank you to everyone in the exercise & fitness group! |

You guys are helping to keep me motivated & honest. This morning I could hardly get out of bed because my back was so stiff. I seriously considered just going back to bed, but thought about not being able to post that I worked out got me moving. I told myself I would just do some yoga & see how I felt. A short yoga session & the stiffness was almost gone, so I went ahead with my planned aerobics & weights. Thank You!

I love being able to come here and post my workouts.
I'm glad the yoga helped you this morning. I'm thinking maybe I should take a yoga class once a week (then again, I want to swim once a week, run 3 times a week, do the elliptical, bike, yoga, weights, tennis, core training,..... I want to do it ALL!)
