I need some advise Please
I've got a cardio glide exerciser that I've started using to keep my leg strength, I've started slow and I'm building up, thats not the question though.
What I'm wondering is, I use this in the mornings, would it be better to eat breakfast before or after?
Does it make any difference? I've been waiting until afterwards to have my breakfast.

1. I eat after, i use my treadmill for about an hour a day at various incline
levels and then i eat something high protein after like eggbeaters. That works for me but i'm sure everybody has thier own way or routine.

4. I'm not a big fan of empty stomach cardio

Eat a lean protien source and a slow burning carb about 1 hour prior to cario. I take a protien shake and oatmeal. It's important for your body to have fuel for your workout. Some people swear by empty stomach for cardio, but I think it's a bad idea. And drink plenty of water during cardio.

5. I was just eating a piece of fruit before my morning workout
an found myself feeling really weak after I got done. I now eat yogurt before my workout & it ready does the trick for me.

6. I need to eat something before I work out
Now, with yoga or Pilates, I always eat afterward, but with cardio, I just can't keep up if I don't have anything on my stomach. I usually have a protein shake because I can't eat a lot right when I wake up in the morning. Then, after my workout I have something more substantial. :hi:
