Friday, 10/21: I worked out today--did you? |
|
a couple of doses of antibiotics and the pressure in my head has subsided a bit. I'm feeling well enough to run.
Actually, I enjoyed my run so much that I lost count of my laps. I think I probably did 3.2 or 3.3 miles, but I can't say for sure.
I did a short stint in the weight room too.
How did you folks make out today?

Glad to see you're feeling better. Antibiotics always make me feel a bit "off" so I'm impressed that you were able to run that much!
I walked/ran about 2.5 miles this morning around my SO's neighborhood - it's totally populated by skinny college-aged kids so I felt a little like Big Bertha waddling through but it was great to be out on a beautiful Texas morning. Lots of hills in this neighborhood - it's a good place to run but not a lot of sidewalks (a drawback for me). :hi:

Of course I ate chicken fried steak, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes for lunch...so I sorta HAD to work out.

Six mile run. Out through park in light rain - perfect running weather.

Yes, I swam after work today because I'm going to be prevented tomorrow. I get it in if I can!
