4. Didn't feel too good today but did 20 minutes of treadmill |

and upper body weights. Nothing organized, just a bit of everything. The tendonitis in my fingers limited what pull exercises I could do.

5X125, 5X175, 5X225, 3X260, 2X285, 5X175 I think I psyched myself out of doing a full 5 reps at 260 and 285. I'll work up to it over the next 2-3 times.
