Thursday, 11/3: I worked out today--did you? |

:hi: good morning!
Actually, I'm not sure if what I did qualifies as a workout. I had a general fitness assessment at the gym today. One of the trainers walked me through a number of tests, including aerobic index, strength, endurance, flexibility and body composition.
The results: well, I'm a big healthy girl!
Except for my body composition (where I scored "low") I was average (flexibility), good (strength and overall) or excellent (aerobic index and endurance).
The trainer suggested I mix up my weight routine a bit (and made some concrete suggestions) and also suggested I try more of the group exercise classes, including yoga.
I'm going to take her up on it. She thinks I can be at goal body composition by May. We'll see.
How did you guys do today?

I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga this morning. Planing on walking at lunch.

I was in danger of forgetting how to get out of bed early enough. I swam, then walked to work and then as far again to lunch.
