Is anyone else on a Body for Life fitness plan? |

Body for Life is a diet and exercise book written by Bill Phillips. It's my preferred plan, though I have never actually managed to complete three perfect months of one rotation.
Has anyone else managed this, and have you been happy with the results?

It's great to spell out what to eat and it includes exercise, which most other diets don't bother with. The exercise is a bit basic for anybody with any experience with weight lifting, but very good for the beginner. I lost 30 pounds with it over the 12 weeks. I'll probably go on it after the new year. It's worked once, it can work again.

it feels strange to eat 6 small meals each day but I understand it's better for you.
I think there isn't enough cardio in the plan. 20 minutes doesn't seem like a good enough workout. The weights and meal plan are great though. For some reason, I always feel sore as hell 2-3 days after lifting. But I don't feel sore the day of or the day after.
Good luck
