AARRGGHHH!!!! the cyst on my foot came back!!! |
|
I had it removed via "Aspiration" about 3 or 4 weeks ago and now it's back and almost as big, i called my orthopedic Doctor and he said to come in and i'll most likely need surgery to remove it this time so it won't come back--"Stay off the treadmill until we figure this out"

But I've heard this before from other people that cysts can do this.
How soon can you have the surgery?
Keep us posted and good luck. :pals:

5. well i went to the Doctors today and he said since the cyst came back |
|
the only way to be rid of it is to have it surgically removed and he left the timetable up to me. The one big problem is that there is a nerve running right next to it which would account for the occasional shooting pain i get. He said that during the surgery itself i could sustain nerve damage so for now i'm going to wait and see, if it doesn't get any bigger and the shooting pains don't increase then i'm going to just let it alone.
