It's almost like physical therapy. For instance, I can't have my neck in flexion doing the Hundred due to my herniated disks. So I use an arc barrel to support my neck and thoracic spine.
But I still do a lot of core work, and I feel like I get a good workout from it. I've been doing Pilates for several years now. God, when I first started, I'd been practicing yoga for a decade and Pilates seemed easy. The next day... ugh... my abs hurt sooooo much. :D

I jogged back from the mechanics.... (car problems yet again) and that was 3 miles. I'll probably have to walk back to pick it up.

only a 20 minute low impact step video. I wish my foot would make up its mind; one day it's feeling fine, the next day, yowch.
