Daily Exercise Thread - 1/28 |

Felt better this morning! Yay!! Broke out one of my old Tae-Bo videos for a little change in pace. 45 mins - Tae-Bo Ultimate Lower Body workout. Plus, tonight is 45 min Red/Black belt class at TKD (usually more intense that regular classes).

On pace and on schedule with cardiac rehab workouts...just finished and both time and intensities are picking up....
no cardiac problems with it....aerobics are still better than before the heart attack......one problem
f-ing KNEES HURT LIKE HELL!!!!

40 minutes elliptical
Used weight machines (I use free weights at home, so thought I'd use the machines for something different):
Chest press, 45 lbs, 3 sets/15reps Shoulder press, 30 lbs, 3 sets/15 reps Seated rows, 60 lbs, 3 sets/15 reps Bicep curls, 30 lbs, 3 sets/15 reps Leg press, 295 lbs, 3 sets/15 reps
