:hi: good morning!
I was in my usual Wednesday morning spinning class today (it was a good workout this a.m.!) and then I went into the weight room for my upper body (arms, shoulders, back, pecs) workout.
How did you folks do?

With my holiday work schedule, my body is starting to really feel it ... lower back pain in addition to my neck injury. So I'm treating myself to a massage. And tomorrow I'll be back working out. :D
