Okay...an odd mix today, as it's bee 3 days...3 DAYS!!!!! since my last workout.
Chest Incline dumbell presses, 4x12 Flat dumbell flyes, 4x12 (went up to 70 lbs in each hand...pers. victory for me) Nautilus upright bench, 4x12, 1 drop set Nautilus decline bench, 4x12
Calves Seated calf raise, 3x12 and 1x10 Standing calf raise, 4x12

30 mins on the treadmill, 20 HIIT...
Strength training - biceps/triceps & shoulders - 30 mins.
