Tuesday, 12/20: I worked out today--did you? |

Doc gave me permission to work out by doing whatever my body doesn't object to.
Today, I jogged 2.2 miles (I wish I it could have lasted forever), and did some upper body work in the weight room. There were a few of my usual machines that my abs didn't like, so I'll have to get back to those at a later date.
The gym will be closed next week (that's the downside of using the gym at the college you work for.) I'll try to jog outside whenever the weather allows.
I'm happy to be back.

I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga this morning. Did tai-chi & walked at lunch.
