Monday, 12/26: I worked out today. How about you? |

I have beaten back the tonsilitis monster, and have returned to the gym for 45 minutes on the elliptical.
I am VERY glad to be back posting here. :bounce:

1. Glad to see you back as well! |

I jogged 3.1 miles this morning, in the RAIN.
I woke w/ a very sore throat and it is getting worse as the day progresses. It feels more like the start of a head/chest cold than tonsilitis or strep. Probably not smart to jog in the rain when you feel that way, but I wanted to jog in the worst way.

you have my utmost respect.
There has been a upper repiratory infection going around where I live. It seems like a cold that lasts for a week or so. Hope you don't get it. I'm still trying to get rid of the cough from it last month.
