I did another 20 minutes of elliptical followed by my lower body workout but had to rush to get ready, climb that big hill again to class and started my office hours ten minutes late. Fortunately, no one came to see me!
But I've stuck to my schedule so far this week so I'm very pleased!

2. Another Abs diet circuit |

Did some slightly different abs exercises and then the usual two circuits of strength training exercises.
One thing I can't STAND about my Y is that they have too little space for all the equipment they have, so the exercise mats are stuck in a corner and only two-three people max can use them at a time. There's no floor space anywhere else for abs exercises, so sometimes you have wait a while to get a space on the mat.
