worth of cardiac rehab....increasing the treadmill grade and time and maintaining the speeds on the aeordyne.....small weight workouts to cool down with.....
this is a slow process and I have to admit that I physically "feel it" afterwards but it's either that or just give up and rot awy...not going to do that....so I'll put up with the snail's pace, step-by-step rehab...........
