I have turned over a new leaf.
The past two weeks, mr. kt and I have been faithful about going to the gym. We've noticed that some of our pants are getting tight, and being that we were always rather fit, it worried us.

GOD AM I SORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:hi: Good for you..I'm about a week and a half into faithfully going to the gym..it's been alot of fun so far too..taking alot of group fitness classes.
