8 sets each of 6 exercises with free weights, 10-30 reps each set. Break after each 6 sets only long enough to get a drink of water. Took me 55 minutes to do the whole routine. Felt really good at the end. Another good day!

I would stay on the elliptical those last ten minutes (to make a total of 100) if they would win the game against the Pacers. They were behind by 7 at the time and it didn't look like they were going to keep up their end -- but they did! They won and I won by getting in a good, long workout! :)
