I did everything but the weight section of Power Circuit today. :-)

1. Yes, I did - sorta
I did 8 miles on my bicycle, and began some work with dumbbells. After only 9 sets, my body rebelled and said to quit, so I did. But I did rake some more pine needles. With a 4 acre yard, there's always something to rake.
