Good morning! :D I walked this morning on the treadmill since I did weight training yesterday.

1. good morning back at ya!
just finished spinnervals no slackers allowed on the recumbent bike and then cathe's legs and glutes floorwork with ankle weights. my hiney be burnin'!

2. 30 minute brisk walk along the river
with slight pauses to look at birds - worth a pause for the Cooper's Hawk!
