Today I did my usual ab routine and then spent 25 minutes on the indoor rowing machine.
How did you all do?

treadmill at beginning and end of session, with three circuits of 12 machines in the middle. Dumbbells at home this evening.
Ms usnret88, taskmistress that she is, has modified my diet to be more healthy. I have, in 12 days, lost 3 pounds - by eating the right things in proper portions, keeping an accurate journal of what I eat and when I eat it, and monitoring workouts more closely. In another few weeks I should look decent in a tee shirt again. And - good weather nearly every day for bicycling on the road is right around the corner.
