Monday, 3/13: I worked out today--did you? |

Hi folks! :hi:
After warming up, I went into the strength equipment room and did an upper body workout, incorporating some of the free-weight work that the trainer showed me last week. (I'm going to be sore tomorrow.)
Then I went into the cardio equipment room and did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the StairMaster.
How did you all do?

Cardio work before and after the session on the machines. Will do some dumbbells at home this afternoon.

taking an orthopedic yoga class- small class for people with medical issues. nice gentle stretchy stuff, plus some strength. did my old (short) routine today, plus a few things from the class. starting to get some good balance, which makes me VERY happy. when the class is over, i will be rejoining the y. they have yoga classes, which i hope will work with my schedule. really getting there. have had very little pain from workouts, and only tolerable fatigue. good good good.
