Wednesday, 3/22: Planning a small workout this afternoon--how about you? |

Hi gang,
I didn't make it to the gym this morning because of something I needed to do for my kid, but I'm hoping to get a 2 mile jog in this afternoon after my doctor's appt.
It's been a week and a half since I worked out, so I'm not confident that I can do the full 2 miles, but I'll give it a shot.

the bike on the road, and then did some dumbbells. Flat bench press, flies, and concentration curls.
With 1 1/2 weeks off, be careful.

I hear this instructor may be moving on to a different gym..too bad, cause she was really kickin' my a$$. }(
Also did some leg and ab work.

Tried to go running but dressed poorly. I made it one mile and had to go back I was freezing.
