hey everybody. hope everyone's doing well.
i did Fit Prime's Core First, 60 minutes of cardio, weights and yoga. twas tuff for me. have been too tired lately. hmmm......

Incline dbell presses Flat bench dbell flyes Decline bench presses Upright Hammer Strength bench presses
Went a little heavier than usual, hence the limited number of actual exercises.
